| A duly filled up and signed reservation form is required to confirm the booking. Only the principal shows ID upon booking. Party members present IDs at the gate. |
| Bringing in of cooked food is allowed. NO COOKING POLICY inside the Sanctuary shall be observed. |
| Any kind of excessive, loud music or noise from karaoke machines, bluetooth & portable speakers is prohibited inside the Sanctuary. |
| Guests are requested to practice CLEAN AS YOU GO policy. All trash brought in, shall be brought out by the guests upon leaving the Sanctuary. |
| Designated Smoking Areas have been identified. The rest of the Sanctuary observes the NO SMOKING POLICY |
| The Sanctuary reserves the right to remove guests that are a threat to the safety of other guests or the well-being of the Sanctuary. |
| CLOSED ON MONDAYS. Mondays are for general maintenance and sanitation of the Sanctuary. As such, we will not be accepting bookings. |
| All payment shoud be made through Mambukal Reservation Office at Capitol Lagoon. |
| Cancellation should be done at least three (3) days before the reserved date; otherwise the payment will be forfeited. |
| The booking can be rescheduled within 3 months only from the date of reservation. |
| Opening time is 7:00 AM and closing time is 5:00 PM. |
| Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. All requests for early check-in are subject to availability. |
| Check-out time is 11:00 AM. An additional of half day rate will be charged for late check out. |
| Small pool and dipping pool are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM whereas big pool is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM everyday except Monday. Proper swimming attire is required. |
